Welcome to DiMenu!

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the DiMenu platform operated by Sard+ B.V. at https://dimenu.eu. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms.

Account creation & user responsibilities

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and remain responsible for all activity under your account.

Subscription plans, billing, and renewal terms

Some services are provided under paid subscriptions. Fees, billing cycles, and cancellation terms are presented at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with the applicable plan.

Acceptable use and prohibited activities

You agree not to misuse the Platform or engage in activities that violate any laws, infringe on the rights of others, or disrupt the Platform's normal operation.

Service availability, maintenance windows, and SLA

We strive to keep the Platform available 24/7, though occasional maintenance may occur. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. If your plan includes a service level agreement, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to meet it.

Termination and suspension

Either party may terminate these Terms with notice. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

Disclaimers of warranties and limitation of liability

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. Sard+ B.V. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, and nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under mandatory EU law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our services or legal obligations. We will notify you of material revisions through the Platform or by email. Updated Terms become effective upon posting unless otherwise stated, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance.

Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Utrecht, Netherlands. As an EU consumer, you may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
